Peter Bodenheimer

Peter is an entrepreneur, angel and seed investor with nearly 25 years of experience in food and technology startups.
As a Partner at SOSV, Peter ran Food-X, the #1 Foodtech innovation program in the world, and invested in nearly 50 seed-stage startups across the food system. Prior to joining SOSV, Peter served as COO for agritech marketplace Plantbid, was a co-founder of global software development firm Flatstack, and an active angel investor.
Peter holds a B.A. in liberal arts from The Evergreen State College and serves on the strategic planning committee for the Tufts University Food & Nutrition Innovation Institute and the investment committee for the New Orleans Startup Fund.
