Blake is an established food+tech industry founder with over 10 years of experience launching and growing businesses with complex operational and technical requirements.
His areas of expertise include food technology, operations, logistics, CPG manufacturing and product development, e-commerce and restaurant operations. He most recently built a ketogenic snack foods business, developing a custom manufacturing technology allowing the company to scale in-house to its first $500k in sales before expanding to co-manufacturing and national distribution. Previously he built Radish (acquired by Tovala), a vertically integrated healthy meal delivery app for 15 minute delivery across 20 square miles of Chicago powered by proprietary logistics and kitchen technology.
He is also the co-founder of StartingBloc, a globally recognized fellowship for social entrepreneurs. Blake began his career in investment banking as an M&A analyst at London based Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein. He is a graduate of Northwestern University and resides in San Francisco, CA.
